Mr. Ivan I. Nenov 

Chairman

Mr. Nenov is a defense attorney admitted to the Ukrainian Bar and officially qualified to practice law in Bulgaria. He specializes mainly in litigation, criminal justice, contract, and white collar criminal law. Having practiced law abroad, as well as in Ukraine, Mr. Nenov has successful experience in advising leading international law firms and corporations. Mr. Nenov graduated magna cum laude honors from the Law Faculty of Odessa I.I. Mechnikov University and holds a Master’s Degree in Law. He is fluent in English, Russian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, and Macedonian.


Mr. Vitalii Khilko

Vice-Chairman

Mr. Khilko is a defense attorney officially admitted to the Ukrainian Bar. He is specialized in criminal justice and corporate law. Having been trained abroad, Mr. Khilko possesses significant experience in working for international law firms and commercial enterprises. Besides his background in law, Vitalii has also worked for the British Honorary Consul in Michigan (USA). Mr. Khilko graduated magna cum laude from the Law Faculty of Odessa I.I. Mechnikov University and holds a LL.M. degree in International & European Business Law from Leiden University (the Netherlands). He is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

 

 

Ms. Helen Hary

Honorable Board Member

Ms. Anifrani is responsible for Organization Development and Liaison with French speaking countries. She has extensive experience in international humanitarian projects and has held senior management positions at international companies and organisations. She has previously been responsible for projects related to human life and health protection in countries of Western Africa. Before moving to Ukraine, Ms. Anifrani was based in France. She graduated from Odessa State Medical University and is fluent in French and Russian.

 

 

Ms. Martina Chudejova

Honorable Member 

Ms. Chudejova is an immigration lawyer qualified to practice law in Austria and Slovakia. She specializes in business, international human rights, and tax law. Ms. Chudejova possesses extensive experience in international projects at different international organisations. Before joining Legal Support of Foreigners in Ukraine, she worked at the European Parliament. Ms. Chudejova graduated from the University of Vienna and holds a Master’s Degree from Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria). She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Law. Ms. Chudejova is fluent in German, English, Slovak, Czech, Russian and French.

 

Ms. Lazarita Chumpitazi

Ms. Chumpitazi is a Florida-based Graduate Fellow in the Human Trafficking Academy, a special educational project funded by the U.S. Department of Justice. Being a graduate of St. Thomas University School of Law (Juris Doctor), she currently continues her education pursuing an LL.M. degree in Intercultural Human Rights. Apart from her academic experience in the field of human rights protection, she has also worked as a representative of the United Nations (Pax Romana). At the Organization Ms. Chumpitazi is responsible for all English-language content editing. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
